鬱(うつ):ホメオパシーで出来ること

鬱は、世界中でもっとも健康管理を必要とされる問題の一つです。世界保健機構(WHO)は、2020年までには、鬱は二番目にランクされる健康障害になるだろうと予測しています1。また、ホメオパスによる改善効果がもっとも高い症状の1つです。綿密な研究の結果,鬱病からクライアントが改善していることが裏付けられています。

現代医学の治療では不十分であり、副作用などのリスクがあります

現代医学の治療は、しばしば鬱を治療するには不適切です2−3。抗鬱剤はプラセボの効果よりほんの少し上回るだけで4、副作用のリスクを伴っています。研究員によると、深刻な鬱患者以外には、抗鬱剤を処方する理由は全くないと言われています4。更に、鬱の患者の40−60%は、現代医学治療後に再発しています5。代替となる療法が切望されています。

ホメオパシーは、肯定的な結果をもって頻繁に使用されています

鬱は、ホメオパスによって最もよく治療される疾患の一つであると文書調査は示しています6−14。大学病院外来部の6年間における研究では、6,544名の患者のうち、205名が鬱で治療され、71%が改善しています。1,783名の患者の疾患における調査では、鬱は最も頻繁に治療される疾患であり63.6%が顕著な改善を経験しています。

抗鬱剤のように効果的で副作用もない

幾つかの実験では、鬱に苦しむ患者の治療において、ホメオパシーは有効であることを示唆しています13−22。中程度から深刻な鬱に苦しむ55名の患者のランダム化二重盲検試験では、ホメオパシーは少なくとも抗鬱剤と同じくらいの効果があり19。ホメオパシーの患者には、抗鬱剤をとったグループに見られたような厄介な副作用はありませんでした。

鬱に関連した患者にも役立ちます

ホメオパシーは、鬱を主訴として苦しむ患者に効果があるだけでなく、線維筋痛症21や、乳がん患者のエストロゲン枯渇22などの疾患を診断された患者に見られる鬱においても効果的であります。

費用効率が高い治療

鬱は、従業員が休みを取る際に最もよく使われる理由の一つです。ヨーロッパだけでも、鬱における治療費は、年間1,000億ユーロを超えると見積もられています2。ホメオパシーは、費用効率が高い治療としての可能性を秘めているので、23−31、全ヨーロッパ市民の4.5%が鬱に苦しんでいる事実が明るみに出た時、大いに貢献することができるでしょう
